Sea Container

As part of this application, a Site Plan and Construction Drawings submittals are required to verify compliance with the adopted related codes and regulations. Upon determination that this application submittal is complete, and after the Plan Review is complete and approved, a Permit Fee payment will be required for Permit Issuance. Permit Issuance provides permission to begin construction. Upon completion of the work and passing of the final inspections, a Certificate of Completion or Occupancy will be issued.

Residential Grading

As part of this application, a Grading Plan and Commercial Construction Agreement submittals are required to verify compliance with the adopted related codes and regulations. Upon determination that this application submittal is complete, a Permit Fee payment will be required before Plan Review.  After Plan Review is complete and approved, the permit can be Issued. Permit Issuance provides permission to begin land disturbance. Upon completion of the work and passing of the final inspections, a Land Disturbance Permit will be issued.

Hot Tub

As part of this application, a Site Plan and Construction Drawings submittals are required to verify compliance with the adopted related codes and regulations. Upon determination that this application submittal is complete, a Permit Fee payment will be required before Plan Review.  After Plan Review is complete and approved, the permit can be Issued. Permit Issuance provides permission to begin construction. Upon completion of the work and passing of the final inspections, a Certificate of Completion will be issued.

Office Trailer

Mobile Home

As part of this application, a Site Plan and Installation Manual submittal is required to verify compliance with the adopted related codes and regulations. Upon determination that this application submittal is complete, a Permit Fee payment will be required before Plan Review.  After Plan Review is complete and approved, the permit can be Issued. Permit Issuance provides permission to begin construction. Upon completion of the work and passing of the final inspections, a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.

Please verify that you meet the following requirements:

1. Footings and missionary block supports must meet the minimum requirements of the building code. 
2. Anchoring the mobile home (tie downs) must meet the minimum requirements of the code.
3. Adequate steps with handrail and guardrail must be installed at the main entrance before occupancy.
4. A minimum 3' x 3' land is required at all exterior doors
5. A ground cover must be installed under all manufactured homes.  The ground cover must be a minimum of 6ml polyethylene sheeting or its equivalent.  The sheeting shall be placed directly beneath the footings and shall be overlapped at least 12" at all joints.
6. Do not move into a mobile home until you have received a final inspection and a Use and Occupancy permit has been issued.

Commercial / Land Disturbance

Permit Issuance provides permission to begin construction. Upon completion of the work and passing of the final inspections, a Certificate of Completion will be issued.

Mechanical

As part of this application, a Construction Drawing submittal is required to verify compliance with the adopted related codes and regulations. Upon determination that this application submittal is complete and the Plan Review is complete and approved, a Permit Fee payment will be required at Application Submittal. If the Plan Review was already approved as part of an associated Building Permit Plan Review, you will need the associated Building Permit number. Permit Issuance provides the applicant with permission to begin construction. Upon completion of the work and passing of the final inspections, a Certificate of Completion can be issued.

Plumbing

Gas Piping

As part of this application, a Construction Drawing submittal is required to verify compliance with the adopted related codes and regulations. Upon determination that this application submittal is complete and the Plan Review is complete and approved, a Permit Fee payment will be required for Application Submittal. If the Plan Review was already approved as part of an associated Building Permit Plan Review, you will need the associated Building Permit number. Water Heater

A Hot Water Tank Permit is required for any new installation, replacement or significant alteration of a hot water tank.

Solar Energy System
